At O&A Home Maintenance we stand by our estimates! There are no hidden costs! When we complete the requirements and design phase and agree on the scope of work, you are provided with our drawings and detailed estimate. When we complete the work you pay based on the original estimate.
Need to change the scope of work as we go? No problem! We assess the request and let you know if there are any changes to the cost before we start.

We love working outdoors even before the snow has melted. During the spring, summer and fall we are quite busy restoring or building new decks, fences, patios and sheds. If you have a design in mind, we can build it for you.

Fill and repair cracks, dents, or nail pops, and sand them smooth.

When we paint, we take our time to ensure there are no drips and have only painted the area we need to.
With our ladder experience, we can tackle almost any painting job at heights, or in difficult to reach areas.
